Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other product components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95* per order for delivery within Germany. For small, light goods, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 3.95 *. Here, the total weight of the shipment must be less than 1kg. The shipping costs will be determined during the ordering process according to your delivery address and clearly displayed. The shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. For tickets as well as additional options for events, we generally do not charge shipping costs within Germany!

Delivery within Germany, as well as Europe is done by DHL.

Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods:
PRE-PAYMENT (SEPA BANK TRANSFER)
Please transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account, stating the order number. Your order will only be dispatched after your payment has been credited to our bank account. Please note that banks usually need 2-3 days to book a bank transfer.
You will receive the bank transfer information by e-mail after placing your order.
The account details for the bank transfer will be sent to you by e-mail! Please do not use any saved account details from Airsoft Helden, as these may differ.
KLARNA "SOFORT" BANK TRANSFER
No entering of long card numbers. No opening of an account. And therefore no storage of customer data. No worries: With Klarna you simply complete your order with your online banking data. Immediately afterwards you will receive a transaction confirmation and your order can be processed immediately.
Convenient and secure.
First select your country and then choose the bank that should carry out the transfer. Just enter BIC, BLZ or the name of your bank.
KLARNA SOFORT / PAY NOW
Using your own access to online banking means that you do not have to provide any personal information or card details to the merchant. Your data is only entered via our secure payment form, to which the merchant has no access. Klarna does not need to store this data and it is not visible to the merchant or any other third party, including Klarna employees.
The advantages of paying with Sofort / Pay Now are many:
- No registration necessary
- The transfer form is already pre-filled
- Direct payment to the merchant, as the amount is transferred from the buyer's account directly to the merchant's account
KLARNA INVOICE PURCHASE
The principle is simple: You usually have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products at home.
Depending on the retailer, the invoice is sent either by e-mail, separately by mail or together with the goods. You can view all your invoices at any time here or in the Klarna app.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can "report a problem" in the Klarna app, so that your invoice is paused until you could clarify your issue with the merchant.

We offer you a convenient and secure way to pay for your purchases on our website - with your credit card. Whether you use Visa, MasterCard or any other major credit card, we accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Your card information is transmitted in encrypted form to ensure the highest level of security.

PAYPAL
You need a PayPal account to use this payment method. You can find all the necessary information at www.paypal.com. The goods are dispatched immediately with this payment method. As a buyer, you also benefit from PayPal buyer protection. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay by credit card.
When paying via PayPal, we charge an additional fee of 3% on the shopping cart value.
